As President & CEO of Paragon Strategic Wealth, Drew’s mission is to help clients identify what is important to them and develop unique, client-centered solutions to help them pursue and reach those goals.  At Paragon Strategic Wealth, we foster trust, build relationships and strive to provide excellent service to our clients.  We do this by providing solutions that help Protect Your Family, Your Future and Your Legacy. That is who we are, and who we will always be.

Drew has lived and worked in the Lehigh Valley for his entire life. As a career businessman and former Partner at Client 1st Financial, his experience has enabled him to provide long-term, innovative wealth management strategies and truly individualized personal service, year after year, from generation to generation to his clients and high net-worth individuals.

Drew earned his M.S. degree from Drexel University and has been a licensed Financial Advisor for over two decades. He most recently obtained his Retirement Income Certified Professional RICP ® designation.

Maron has served in a number of leadership roles with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.  He is now an Officer and Treasurer of the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce. Drew has also serves on the board for The Forum for Ethics in the Work Place at DeSales University and Pinebrook Family Answers where he sits on the Finance Committee.

In the community, Drew is the Board Chair of the Good Shepherd Catholic School Board and Finance Committee Chair for his parish church as well as Finance Chair of Northern Valley EMS.  He enjoys working on his farm and spending time with his lovely wife Dorothy.

As Client Service Associate Debbie is critical to maintaining our high level of service by providing operational support within our practice. She excels at finding ways to better serve our clients based on her combined experience in marketing and servicing roles.

Anyone who knows Debbie has witnessed her genuine passion for helping others, which is what makes her a perfect fit for our client-centric culture. She is continuously advancing her knowledge and skill set to better assist our clients on a daily basis.

When she is not in the office, Debbie volunteers as a merit badge counselor for The Boy Scouts of America and teaches indoor cycling at a local fitness facility.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and two sons, Nicholas and Michael, Jr.
